My father suffers from anxiety, he is on 10mg of Lexapro daily but still has anxious feelings on days after he has a little extra activity than usual. Is there any thing in addition you could recommend not necessarily another medication, Example meditation, etc.

My husband passed away last month and since he died I have been experiencing severe anxiety. My doctor prescribed lorazepam. I am also taking celexa and quetiapine fumarate as I have bi-polar 2. I suffer from general anxiety disorder which causes chest tightness, shortness of breath, tension headaches, daily burping and sweating of the toes. Medication does not help nor therapy. What can I do? I take prosaic,Wellbutrin, gabapentin, clonazapham and sometimes propanol.
