Hello,

You are suggested to visit a Psychiatrist. Get physically examined. Your treating doctor may tell you to do blood tests & investigations to rule out any heart problem or medical condition.

Difficulty in breathing, swallowing, nausea & sweats are symptoms of mild panic attacks. You will be treated with Medications and Psycotherapy.

Get assessed & evaluated, you may need antidepressants & anti-anxiety medications. Cognitive behavioral therapy is effective. Avoid taking alcohol, caffeine, coffee & addictions if any. Do regular exercises & take adequate sleep.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
