How Can Severe Anxiety And Stress Be Managed?

hello, I m 18 I weigh over 200 lbs and I m experiencing some symptoms that are scaring me. On Saturday October 20th I experienced severe anxiety which I ve never experienced before my heart was beating somewhat fast and I was freaking about it a lot. Then on Sunday I experienced the same thing but with some discomfort in my upper body, that discomfort carried onto to Monday and today I am still experiencing it. I have taken some asprin to thin blood because I m scared of having a heart attack or something like that. Today, I checked my blood pressure on both arms and there was difference of 10 points my left arm was higher than my right and from what I read online that could be a symptom of an artery being clogged or something similar, there is some discomfort in my left arm right now. I would like to ask what do you suggest I do, I plan on going to the doctors this or next week, should I ask them to right me a prescription? Or should I try to solve my health problems on my own? For the past 2 days I have been exercising and eating healthier?Another thing, My blood pressure is 114/89, I thought that the stress was due to me being a college student and feeling very stressed to the overcommitment I made. Please help me as I am very scared and I want to go to the doctor quickly but I do not have insurance. I m so desparate and scared for my life.
