Can Stress Cause Numbness In The Hands, Fingers And Lips In A 70-year-old?

When I am stressed or nervous about a situation, my right hand, various fingers get numb. Also, my upper and lower right lip as well as the gums on that side get numb. This comes and goes and has been going on for about a year. I am a 70 year old active female, still working as a receptionist 3 days a week.
