Brief Answer:
it might be due to hormonal imbalance

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I got your query.I understand your concern.

In my opinion as you are not sexually active there might be no chance of pregnancy. So the cause for not getting the period this month might be hormonal imbalance.
The cancer cervix occurs in two age groups one at 25 years to 35 years and another at 70 years to 80 years. Risk factors for it are multiple sex partners, STD, HPV infections.

Though the vaginal bleeding in between the periods, foul smelling vaginal discharge and pelvic pain are seen in cancer cervix, your age and your personal history doesn't pose you risk for cancer cervix. Moreover you have also taken HPV vaccine.

You can undergo screening for cancer cervix once in a year by pap smear till 30 years. And if 3 consecutive tests are normal then pap smear is done every 3 yearly along with HPV DNA test. If again 3 prior consecutive tests are normal then screening is stopped.

As you are under the stress regarding the cancer cervix, the stress might have caused hormonal imbalance leading to irregular vaginal bleeding. As the thyroid report is normal it is also ruled out.Your height and weight are appropriate. Just relax. The pelvic pain might be muscular in origin or any vaginal infection. Take good rest and diet. And paracetamol tablet for pain.As you took the antibiotics the infection might subside.
Sorry, it would have been better if you sent me ultrasound report than images because a radiologist would interpret the images more perfectly.
So dont take any stress regarding the cancer cervix you are very much away from it.

Hope this satisfies your query.

Brief Answer:
it might be fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I got your query.I understand your concern. In my opinion if the whitish vaginal discharge is associated with itching and making vaginal area sore and uncomfortable it might be fungal infection ie.,candidiasis.Try candid dusting powder or candid vaginal ointment.Wear loose cotton inners.Use always mild soap for washing the area.
Missing a period in regularly menstruating woman suggests hormonal imbalance or pregnancy. As both thyroid abnormalities and pregnancy are ruled out mostly it might be the stress that caused hormonal imbalance.
Cervix cancer is a slowly progressing disease. There are tests which can identify it.Get yourself screened for cervical cancer.
Endometriosis or fibroids can be detected in ultrasound. Endometriosis presents with pain abdomen before ,during and after menstruation and irregular bleeding in between the periods. Fibroid has pain and excess bleeding during menstruation. You did not mention any of the symptoms above.
So dont worry.Just relax.Taking antibiotics frequently is also not good and it suppresses the natural immune system.Nothing might be wrong with your body.
Hope this satisfies your query.

What I also wanted to mention when I defecate brown bloody discharge oozes out

Answered by Dr. Srilatha Myaka (8 hours later)
Brief Answer:
it might be due to many causes

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I got your query.I understand your concern.

In my opinion brown bloody discharge might be seen in many cases like:-

1)Infection- Here in case of intestinal infections there might be blood admixed with mucus. It is associated with loose motions. You might need a course of antibiotics for the infection.

2)Anal fissure-Here due to passage of hard motion the anus gets eroded leading to cracks called anal fissure which bleeds and is painful at the time of passing motion.

3)Piles - Here also there will be bleeding associated with motion. And is painful.

Both in anal fissure and piles there is need to keep motion soft by taking laxatives and high fibre diet.
So it might be any of the above.

Kindly check with your consulting doctor. And frequent loss of blood might make you anaemic. So take iron rich diet like green leafy veggies, dates and liver in non veg.

Hope this satisfies your query.

The discharge comes from my vaginal when defecating not my anus
doctor
Answered by Dr. Srilatha Myaka (9 hours later)
Brief Answer:
it might be non specific

Detailed Answer:
IHello dear,I got your query.I understand your concern.

In my opinion bleeding per vagina at bowel movement can't be specifically attributed to any condition.
It might be due to cervical causes like erosion, varicosities, friable cervix or polyp etc. But here mostly bleeding occurs when the cervix is touched. They can be known by per speculum examination by gynaecologist.
It might be due to endometrial polyps. They can be seen in ultrasound.
But even the association with these conditions is not sure.
If anything is found treatment will be their accordingly.
Kindly discuss with your gynaecologist regarding them.

Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to ask any more queries.
