Brief Answer:
Does not seem to be related to STD

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concerns. There are two parts of your complaint. Firstly the itchiness. It is likely to be due to slight allergic reaction to the vaginal secretions. It is of no major concern. However, since there is also a possibility of a fungal infection, you can try applying clotrimazole lotion or powder topically. The next component is the mild fever and sore throat that you have been suffering from. It is probably an unrelated isolated event of a simple viral infection that you got independently. Had it been related to the unprotected sex, it would have borne a minimum gap of 5-7 days as the incubation period between the time of getting the virus and the onset of symptoms. Taking paracetamol or acetaminophen should help in reducing the temperature. It should show spontaneous recovery in 5-7 days from the onset of symptoms.

Brief Answer:
Please upload an image.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back and for clarifying. I would insist you to take an image of the rash and upload it using the facility on the upper right of this page. Take cetirizine or some antiallergic once daily and that should take care of the itchiness. Application of calamine lotion would provide a soothing effect.

I would be able to clarify further after I check the image.

Brief Answer:
Not concerning

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back and for uploading the images. I have gone through them. It does not look concerning to me and is probably due to an allergic reaction that is associated with simple viral infections. Nothing to worry. Take cetirizine or some antiallergic once daily for the next few days and that should take care of the itchiness.

Good evening Doctor
tOday got tooth and gum pain in my mouth is it related to same infection ? Or some other cause can you kindly guid me please
doctor
Answered by Dr. Prof. Kunal Saha (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Bad oral hygiene should be the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back once again. I find no relation between your having unprotected sex and the tooth/gum pain. Rather it is more likely to be related to bad oral hygiene. You should brush your teeth twice daily and also use flossing and mouth wash. Also take Vitamin C tablets once daily for next 5 days. I hope you would be benefited. If it still does not improve, please visit a dentist and get yourself examined.

Brief Answer:
No need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back once again. You need not worry. The rashes could be due to some allergic reaction or could be due to certain viral infections. The blood report does not indicate the presence of any bacterial infection and you need not worry.

You probably have a simple viral infection which is giving you the headaches. Taking paracetamol when required would provide relief.
