Thanks for the query..

Well oil pulling using coconut oil, sesame oil etc is considered to whiten teeth reduce the chances of gum disease, cavities and also bad breath..

But there is less evidence for the same..

So although you can do oil pulling but you should not completely replace it with brushing, flossing and using Mouthwash to maintain a good oral hygiene..
