Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for reverting back

1. Since you have listed social and general anxiety as one of the cause of your problem/symptoms which reflects ‘emotional withdrawal symptoms” rather than “physical withdrawal symptoms” i.e. you have a constant fear of being judged or evaluated by and has resulted in anxious thoughts and anxious behavior.

2. As anticipatory anxiety is high thus practice relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation, Pranayam [anulom vilom] which will strengthen the relaxation response of body as opposite to stress response during panic attacks, [i.e. coping with responsibilities], don’t try to flee away from the situation which will reinforce the perception that your panic attacks are unbearable [remember they are uncomfortable but not life threatening], allow the symptoms to pass and you will gain ability to cope with them

3. DIET: Since the said problems can be grouped under GAD [generalized Anxiety disorder], dietary regime and lifestyle management along with Medicine is initiated according to “manovaha srotas vyadhi”

i. Avoid: excess physical –mental exertion, sun exposure, corrylium, smoking, errhine therapy, betel leaves, gruel, soup, day time sleeping, garlic, ginger, onion, spicy-heavy- junk food, mustard oil, pickles.

ii. Take: mint, coriander, tomato, cumin, plenty of water, vitamins and mineral supplements, apple, banana, grapes, dates

4. Prescription drugs available are: smritisagar ras, trifla churan ,brahmi, jatamansi, stresscom , Ashwagandharishta, sarasvtarishta and one result oriented medicine which is prepared by ourselves is PHYT STRESS” which helps improve levels of stress tolerance [if interested I can courier you the medicine]

5. You can practice: bhujangasana, halasana, paschimottasana, sarvangasana, shalabhasana, shavasana and vakrasana and pranayamas like bhastrika and kapalbhati.

6. Lemon juice mixed with sugar in a glass of water helps release stress removing hormones from the body and bring mind at peace/rest.

7.
i. Take 1 spoon black pepper powder and 5 spoons jaggery in 4 cup water and boil till 2 cups remain, filter it and drink for 1 month.
ii. Take 3 teaspoons of bitter gourd with a glass of water every morning for a month.
iii. Mix 4-5 dates in half glass of water and drink 2 times daily for a month.
iv. Apple, almond, banana, broccoli, cantaloupe, melon, carrot, cashew nut, corn, cauliflower, grapes, guava, lemon, XXXXXXX orange, pineapple, soybean, spinach have anti oxidant and detoxifying properties so take them in plenty.

8. As SAD [seasonal affective disorder] is either seasonal [melatonin problem] and/or due to neurotransmitter [serotonin] decrease thus remain under regular supervision of a Psychiatrist for light therapy and psychotherapy [anti depressants]
