What Causes Sleeplessness Due To Anxiety And Shortness Of Breath?
I am experiencing worse sinus allergy symptoms than usual for past 2 days. Unable to sleep last night due to feelings of intense anxiety (unusual for me). Shortness of breath all day today with very sharp pain under left shoulder blade, not relieved by change of position or by relaxation exercises. It hurts very much to take a breath so I keep having to yawn as chest is tight (hurts a lot to yawn!). My job is physically active but walking is tiring today.

Dear you may be suffering from insomnia itself can cause head ache and anxiety neurosis. So some time sinusitis due viral Etiology can cause myalgia so take tab. Paracetamol 650tid, tab. Alprazolam at night, take rest for few days. Still symptoms persisten you need to consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
