Brief Answer:
five step approach

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting with your health concern and reports and as said earlier you should consult with a Hematologist and Cardiologist for evaluation of health report, in the mean time the best management is a five step approach to the disease (since cardiovascular problem seems to be top priority)

1. Exercise:
. Brisk walk for 45 minutes every day, atleast 5 days a week
. Yogasanas to relax and stretch various muscles. These should be learnt under the guidance of an expert, and also after discussing with the physician as to which exercise and asanas are permitted to their specific condition.

. Pranayam: the breath control exercise (anulom vilom) should be learnt under guidance.

PS. Avoid strenous exercises like jogging, swimmimg.

2. Stress Management:
. Meditation for 15 minutes everyday. Guided meditations are available on internet. It is also important to understand that small matters and disagreements in family life should not be taken so seriously as to affect own health

. Relaxation to avoid mental strain.

3. Low Fat Diet

Avoid: butter, ghee, cheese, unskimmed milk, saturated oils, deep fried foods, yellow of egg, deep fried fish, alcohol, caffeine, tobacco, never heat oil twice.

Take: more of soups but without butter.
. plenty of salads of uncooked or boiled vegetables
. raw sprouted pulses
. more of bhajis prepared with minimum or no oil.
. roti or phulka without oil
. Daals: pulses & legumes
. skimmed milk upto 1 cup per day
. Onion,garlic,soya bean,apple, curd of skimmed milk
. Limited use of monosaturated and polyunsaturated oils
. fruits with edible covers should be eaten with cover (apple, pear, guava)

4. Elimination of known risk factors:
. smoking
. obesity
. diabetes

5. Drugs: presently mainly focus on Antioxidants and then follow your doctor prescription.
