What Causes Constant Soreness In Throat, Burning Mouth And Neck Stiffness?
Question: Hii Doctor,
What would be the reason of contineous soar throat , mouth burnings.
My neck is completely stiff and pain is at left side of nect , shoulder and pain going till arm and fingers of left hand.
Tingling of hand and shoulder and back.
Feeling always something lump in the throat. Dont know the reason of all such disconforts and physical issues.
Please suggest and insight with your expert advice.

After 34 days of possible encounter
Hiv1-2 Elisa - Neg
Hep B and C - neg
Herp simplex virus 1-2 - neg
TMT , KFT , LFT - Normal
ECG - Normal
67 days
Ent doc checked throat with tube from nose and didnt find any abnormality.
After 87 days
Hiv1-2 Elisa - Neg
Hep B and C - Neg
VDRL- neg
Hiv 1 PCR RNA. <72
After 110 days
C-Protein - Normal
Vitamin D - 19
Vitamin B12- 330
Tsh -5.5
Esr -Normal
Rethemic arthiristis - Normal

After 150 days
Full Gluscose BC - normal

Discussed with multiple ENT doctors in last 6 months but they are not getting problem in throat.
Internal medicine doctors suggesting no problem at all.
Inspite of so many test results below problem are persisting
- burining mouth and throat
- pain in left hand , shoulder , arm and neck.
- tremors in body parts
Now all these symptoms are suggsted as part of ARS on many sites. But if all my test are negative then why so much discomfort at all.

Hi Doctor,
I had my MRI test done two days back and i am expecting my results today.
I have examined by many internal medicine doctors and according to them 6 month elisa are conclusive.
They are suggesting to take psycological treatment. But my below 2 symptoms are so much persistent from last 4-5 months
Burning And Sour throat
Yellow color of tonge ( with no coating)
I am living in hell due to these problem and no way to understand if results are negative , why such issues?
Can i am still under risk of getting some XXXXXXX later in my life. What do to next to close this chapter with full assaurence and no additional fears.

What i understand Yellow tongue is associated with hiv positive patients after long progression of disease.Not on early stage.
On top of it my hiv elisa test are negative at 5 weeks , 13 weeks and 26 weeks along with PCR RNA test negative at 13 week.
So please check image if this is color of yellow tongue or just my idioitc imagination.
Secondly for neck , back , shoulder and hand pain what would be the next step after MRI and Xray results.

One last question, i have planned my physiotherapy sessions and completed 2 in last two days.
My neck movment of one side is completely jammed and pain is persistant in left arm.
Now mild pain is also i am experiencing on right shoulder.
Secondly getting some mark on head pls refer the enclosed picture . Is it any rash or all normal
Feeling locking of muscle while moving neck from north to south or east to west direction.
Could you please let me know if anything i can do to settle this immence pain apart from therapy.
Should i competely forgot my fears of hiv after 6 month negative test and do not pay much attention on such marks and other symptoms.
