I mean to say that your temperature range falls within normal limits and it is not a fever.

Regarding your other symptoms it appears to me that you are having some nutritional deficiency which can cause similar symptoms and run a chronic course.
I advise you to take multivitamins for a duration of four weeks. I am hopeful that following multivitamins your symptoms will improve.
I also advice you to get "complete blood count with ESR" report from your nearby laboratory. This will help us in identifying most common abnormalities in your blood.

The acute infection means that it is recent one and not present in body for months or years. For exmple infection of tuberculosis is chronic infection as it remains in the body for years.

On the other hand conditions like malaria, typhoid, viral fever are acute infection as they remain in the body for short period.

In the peripheral blood smear it is identified by the no, of lymphocytes ar neutrophils present. If nutropphils (a type of blood cell) are increased that indicates acute infection and if lymphocytes (a type of blood cell) are increase that point towards chronic infection.

Your blood report clearly indicative that you need antibiotic treatment to control the infection. As the antibiotics are prescription only medications, I request you to see a doctor in your city with your reports.
He may ask for another test for confirmation of infection or to find out the exact cause of infection in your body.

In my view it is better to take second report from a standard laboratory as this report does not indicate anything related to your symptoms of six months.
