What Causes Folliculitis In Vaginal Region?
Question: "to be answered by dr. XXXXXXX Abraham" hey doc so I went back to obgyn last week the tested me again for chlamydia an gonorrhea and trich all came back negitive then theated me for a possible yeast infection the bactrim did.not help ill enclose pics but it has cleared up some and the burning has a little to but when I open my vagina up its white inside.its just sitting there but no discharge coming out and it dont smell what could that be and why won't it go away two pica is the folliculitis and the other pic is the opening to my vagina now I hace taken the pills for yeast infection but this white inside my vagina is not leaving what could this be

So the swab came back negative , that is a good sign.
I am pretty sure this IS folliculitis and nothing else.
ANd the Bactrim has cleared up the lesions quite a bit.
This is normal vaginal discharge.
It is whitish normally.
As long as there is no odour / redness / itching, there is nothing to worry about.
Just keep applying antibacterial ointment on the boils and they will disappear for sure.

so what happens if the boils dont clear up will I need a different kind of antibiotic and it doesnt itch like crazi down there but from time to time im wanting to itch down there and im still having the warm sensations down there but not as bad and what do I do if the vaginal discharge dont go away cause its just still there like just sitting in there its not wven coming out when I pee or whipe a few days ago I have clear sticky discharge come out when I wiped after peeing what other possibilities could it be if it just stays in the vagina is it normal to always be there ive never ever really examined myself until recently thats not a sign of hiv is it? that really worries me and scares me cause I dont kno if that is normal.or not and with the senations I kno that cant be normal I can even feel it in my thighs n legs

lsee last time I was at the obgyn she just kinda looks.at me likenim crazie honestly like I asked.for a culture so she tested me for chlamydia gonorrhea and trich and I tell her about that sensation warm feeling I hace then she looks at me like.Nothing is wrong then I said something about the whitr discharge and she was like wellnwhere to se ethat and she had a spectrum in I was like well you can see it and she was like well theres a little bit sonshe treated me for a yeast infection but the white discharge is still.in the vagina opening its been like almost two weeks like that thats why I was asking it it was normal and the feeling I have in my genital and my thighs is like a warm feeling almost like a.moist feeling or like I feel.cold but my body is warm kinda its hard to explain it I guess she dis suggest I get the laser hair removal on bikini area to kill the follicles and to lose some weight for the last year n half ive gained 30 pounds as.of now we.know.im negative for gonorrhea chlamydia trich hepatitis a b and c so what other infection/disease could you think I hace in your opinion from the symptoms I have and also in the past I have bleed after having sex as well like thats.not.normal.right I just wanna get back to having a normal lifestyle and.I know I keep bugging you about it and freaking out but my mind running all over the place and the throught of getting tested for hiv scares the crap out of me cause Im scared something like that would come.back positive but I need to stop y thinking.negative I guess I have just been researching so much stuff.online and possibilities and all of that I have maybe even thought I coukd have pid I dont kno I am scheduled to have my yearly pap smear next week but I may have to go out of state for work for two or three weeks what all will a pap smear detect will it see if I have some kinda infection or disease and also when I was at d:octors my urine didnt indicate any kind of infection im just trying to get a piece of mind what I could have or happen if they dobt find anything wrong w me would I need to gonto a dermatologist or something I was diagnosed with eczema a few years ago on my hands and feet and hpv in 2012 so what would your next suggestion be I kno I need to stop freaking out im just scared thats all and I truely do appreciate all of your feed back as well it puts my mind at ease and so forth an then im still not ruling out possible cancers to so yea I dont know

It will reduce your anxiety and stress.
For the bleeding after stress, yes, a Pap smear is essential and an internal exam and a pelvic ultrasound scan.
A Pap smear detects infection / cervical growths or cancers.
If HPV was diagnosed, then yearly Pap smear is a must.
The next suggestion is to have a culture of the boils to know what antibiotic will work.
Also see a psychologist as you are stressing out too much.
