1) I have reviewed attached report of DHEAS. It is slightly ELEVATED. However, an increased level of DHEAS is NOT diagnostic of a specific condition. It usually indicates the need for further testing to pinpoint the cause of hormone imbalance.

2) DHEAS may be elevated in Poly Cystic Ovarian syndrome (PCOS). However, it is NOT a confirmatory test as it may rise in adrenal gland hyperplasia and some other conditions.

3) You SHOULDN'T be worried about PCOS because your Trans vaginal ultrasound scan is NORMAL. Do complete hormone profile (like LH/ FSH, Serum progesterone, Prolactin, Testosterone and thyroid profile) for further evaluation.

I have reviewed last attached test report. All hormone levels are NORMAL except DHEAS which is slightly elevated.

As your recent ultrasound scan and blood reports are NORMAL, you SHOULDN'T be worried about PCOS or Insulin Resistance. Stress factor and modified diet can be the underlying causes.
