Question: "to be answered by dr XXXXXXX Abraham" hey how are you so my blood work came back fine and normal he put me on Diflucan i think thats how you spell it for 7 days and a refill for it doc told me to call him back if it dont work asked him what happens next if this dont work he said keep trying different things until something works he seems really confused about the whole burning from vulva area i told him you can even feel the heat on the outside of my jeans and on my thighs so what do you think more needs to be done

DId you discuss the possibility of vulvodynia with him ?
Vulvodynia is treated with counselling, local pain management and appropriate medication.

its a lil better it comes and goes all of this stuff is just so ughh i even told my obgyn i just wanna feel normal again at this point I don't even think i kno what feeling normal is and im still having weirs periods im just tired of living my life feeling uncomfortable all the time this has taken over my life and has stopped me fron dating or seeing anyone its just awful

It should include a pelvic ultrasound scan, hormonal levels ( FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin ) and pap smear plus internal exam.

i have had a pap smear that cane back normal the blood work was cmp test which was like 12 tests in that thyroid test and hemoglobin test all that cane back normal thats all i had
