Thanks.

THIS can give me back my life (I hope)

When you say 'the concerned doctors' are you talking about doctors familiar with stem cell, maybe even Dr. XXXXXXX Cramer? Or even Doctor Oz?

As I write this I am wearing my glasses, but my right eye vision still just a tad is distressing me.

Chronic sinusitis may be associated with stroke occurrence

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query; and for your knowledge

It has been recognized that chronic sinusitis involves the intracranial vessels and may be associated with stroke occurrence.

Ringing in the ear may be due to increased blood pressure, decreased hearing and anxiety. To rule out these diseases and to reach the near diagnosis you may go for pure tone audiometry, impedance audiometry and blood pressure measurements.

X ray of the paranasal sinuses may be unreliable in the diagnosing sinusitis because
1. It provides limited information about the ethmoid sinuses, sphenoid sinuses and osteomeatal complex.
2. It can be difficult to interpret the results for both radiologist and treating doctor.
3. It is less sensitive than sinus CT scan.

For diagnostic accuracy, you require CT scan of paranasal sinuses.

A visit to the local opthalmologist maybe necessary as he can examine your eyes and determine if you are a fit candidate for LASIK. Amazing results are obtained by LASIK, so stay positive.

Thanks
Praying for your good health

Brief Answer:
I am not sure about the insurance or any medi claims for this therapy...

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back

1. I'm not sure about the aspects of the medical insurance, I am still waiting for the reply from their side, once I get their answer I will revert back to you.

2. Mr. XXXXXXX I really doubt whether the Dr. XXXXXXX knows about your problems in depth. I do accept the fact that chronic sinusitis may cause stroke, but, you already had one 2 years ago and recovering from that with medicines. When you are already on the medicines for the previous stroke, it is very unikley to have a second attack.

Secondly, you have done multiple CT scans which doesn't give much inputs regarding your sinus issues.

Thirdly, you have already consulted an ophthalmologist who has ruled out any eye related problems. LASIK is performed for refractive errors and those individuals who want to refrain from using glasses or wearing contact lens. You may not benefit much from that.

Hope this clarifies your doubts. Wish you good health.

THanks.

I have, as a layman, narrowed my distress (es) to these areas. NEWLY-formed congestion in my ears (MOST especially my RIGHT ear). For over a year the constant on-and-off ringing in the ears.

The funny feeling behind my right eye (associated with a slight visual disturbance more towards the peripheral area), which tends to XXXXXXX me of energy (I wonder if I got a POLYP in my right sinus, as the Flonase cannot get rid of THAT) I never feel up to writing my songs like I used to, and the constant occasion tingle sensations on parts all over my body. Sometimes this seems connected to a muscle neat the top (my right) side of my neck. Sometimes this seems related to the flushing on top right of my head, and occasional at the back center.

Yesterday afternoon I had a migraine aura that lasted a little over 20 minutes. The very first one of THOSE I had in the early 6th grade.

Bright lights really irritate my right eye visual disturbance, and so does sunlight.

(Oh, could stem cells ALSO get me my speech back so I can rap again like I once did not so long ago, before my @#$@$## stroke?)

I THINK I GOT A "PERFECT STORM" illness.

Sinusitis. (I WISH I could go down to the beach for 1 day. I hear the salty air is GOOD for sinuses to clear them.)
Something growing in my sinuses?
Residue from my stroke.

Presbyopia.

I so thank you for going beyond and ABOVE the call of duty in your efforts to help me get and with the stem cells. Again, I want you to know I THANK YOU!

If I ever DO make it RICH as a rapper, I will remember you...

I live in Kinston, North XXXXXXX My family physician is Dr. Laddie Crisp (of Family Medical Medicine), or speak to his "side-kick" Dr. Escobar. He saw me once and mentioned he wanted to get me on not so many medications.

I googled his number it is 252 527 4146

Lenoir Memorial Hospital can get you the cat scan. Maybe Dr. Crisp could. How do I go about getting it and getting it to YOU?

Will go home and pull out the discharge papers and see who the doctor was (she was FEMALE).

I have included a video showing how even animatedly shooting a video makes me feel woozy-headed. (The subject matter in the video has NO RELEVANCE to this discussion, just listen as I try to read from a commentary, and other places in the video when I feel square.

Sick of always feeling @#$##ing... SICK!!! Will I E V E R feel half on top of my game E V E R AGAIN?

Oh, and post-stroke speech: is it possible for it to be slightly progressively WORSE as opposed to "leveling out" at less than perfect or getting better?

The cat scan was only of the head, I think, but will you still be able to see the sinuses?

...To be continued. Will send video IN SECOND REPLY to your query. AND the doctor who gave me my last cat scan.

Brief Answer:
Please request your doctor for either CD or images of the scan...

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing back

Yes, in the CT scan of the head there will be few cuts at the level of the maxillary, ethmoidal and sphenoidal sinuses.

Please request your doctor to provide the CD of your recent CT scan. Even the reports given by the radiologist would suffice.

You have all the rights to request for the CT scan images. On the contrary, they don't provide the details to me as I'm not authorized and neither I'm your treating doctor.

Hope this clarifies your doubts.

Wish you good health.

Tonight...

My right-eye vision seems almost normal, but...

Congestion in my right ear all day. I go out riding my bicycle, every timwe a car passes by I hear a different, (louder?) ringing in my right eAR.

AM I UNDER THREAT OF LOSING THE HEARING MIN MY RIGHT EAR?

IF I DO, are there cochlear implants to solve this terror?

I feel my only hope, sometimes, is the Name of JESUS CHRIST God's Son. IF HE heals me, I will see to it HE gets the glory.
...continued (PLEASE read the 2 queries PREVIOUS to this 1...
that might explain these terrifying predicaments!
I feel as if some muscle, or something, is wrapped around A NERVE or nerves

HERE are my in the middle of my 2 videos (content TOTALLY unrelated) experiencing random lightheaded feelings probably due to my blood pressure drops? ANY RELATION to the congestion in my ears?

Brief Answer:
Cochlear Implant cannot relieve tinnitus and ear congestion...

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back

1. Congestion in the ear following riding bicycle is because of the increased blood pressure secondary to the physical activity, which pools the blood along the Eustachian tube causing the blockage. Once there is blockage over the nasal end of the Eustachian tube the negative pressure is created giving rise to ringing in the ear. The best way to avoid this is to do steam inhalation for 2 minutes, before and after cycling.

2. I doubt this will lead to any sensori-neural hearing loss. Try to get audiological evaluation done such as Tympanometry and Pure tone Audiometry done to evaluate for any pathology in the ears.

3. No! Cochlear implant is not performed for this sort of problems. It is done for those people who are absolutely deaf.

4. The sense of nerve trapping is because of the misfiring of the neurons in the brain and spinal cord following stroke.

5. I have gone through the videos thoroughly and I would suggest in the first instance the posture you have maintained in the second video can be detrimental for the spinal nerves because of your slip disc and it can aggravate your problems. You need to avoid those sort of semi-reclining postures with the head supported by your hand. Secondly, I do see the sudden postural imbalance. But, this can be resolved by stem cell implant and physiotherapy.

6. Do not feel bad; I will try my best to help you with these problems. I to pray his almighty to help you to recover faster.

I can ABSOLUTELY NOT DO SHIT feeling like a dead man walking! There's no way I can repay you... yet... Unless I can become a rapper, but it's KINDA F#CKING HARD when singing those high or loud parts makes me feel "lightheaded" and fucks my visual disturbance!

OMG, I GOT SO MUCH I just GOT TO DO WITH my life!

Thanks you for going above and beyond the call of duty to help me.

I feel absolutely my worst when I wake up to get up. This goddamn fatigue! Today I woke up and my LEFT EYE vision couldn't see good near OR FAR. (Can LASIK save me?)

And this g@oddamn low back pain from where I was hit by a car on my bicycle. Can Epidurals OR BETTER YET, PULSED ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD THERAPY save me, as I think THIS IS CONTRIBUTING much to my fatigue! I squirm while reclining in my recliner trying to watch TV till I have to lay in my bed and watch TV and drink my coffee. The congestion in my ears comes and goes.

Last night I began noticing a lower pitch ringing in my right ear which got louder whenever a car past me. I got home AND ONLY MY RIGHT EAR was ringing.. loudly!

Stem cells, if done correctly: can it make me my old self? Get rid of these crawling sensations on my head and half-numbness in my left arm and occasional tingles down my left leg, and the g@oddamn flusshing on-fire sensations on top and back of my head?

Brief Answer:
Lasik is for refractive errors and not for your condition...

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I am extremely sorry about your condition; here are my views for your queries.

1. Lasik is for refractive errors, it may not be of much help to you. The problem in your case is the misfiring of the neurons supplying the eye in the brain stem.

2. Yes, pulsed electromagnetic field therapy can give you relief from the neck pain and fatigue.

3. Kindly avoid odd positions while lying down. Either you can sit or lie down in the supine position. Reclining or semi-reclining position can hurt the nerves emerging from the spinal cord and worsen your position.

4. Ringing in the ear is because of the pressure built up in the middle ear following nasal congestion. As I had discussed with you earlier, audiological evaluation can help in diagnosing the actual cause of your ear congestion.

5. Yes, stem cell therapy can be the only solace for you.

LASIK NOT for this strange "visual disturbance, but as I now need reading glasses, whereas three years ago my vision was 20 / 10. Anyways...

Stem cells, can it give me back my 20 / 20 vision?

As I was riding my bicycle today, gthe bright sunlight reflecting off puddles of water irritated my vision, and I began to feel that... queer ... feeling. Right ear begin to congest. As I sit here writing or typnig this, I hear a few clicks in my right ear as it suddenly seems to decongest.

WHERE near where I live in Kinston, North XXXXXXX do they do pulsed electromagnetic therapy, and HOW does it work? Can my family physician get my Medicare / Medicaid / XXXXXXX Access to cover it?
Oh, here are 3 videos demonstrasting my nerve-destroyed right-side limbs from where I used to punch myself from XXXXXXX 15, 1994 - Dec 1, 199 because I was so ugly!

CAN STEM CELLS restore me to my previously "athletic" self?

(O, these were filmed in 2009. Have I aged WELL? CAN stem cells make me look in my twenties again? Or not...)

Brief Answer:
Yes, stem cell therapy can improve your vision...

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing back

1. Stem cell therapy can improve your vision too.

2. The clicks in the ear is because of the dysfunction of the Eustachian tube.

3. In my previous post I have sent you the list of the centers in North XXXXXXX which does the electromagnetic field therapy. You can discuss with your family physician regarding your medical insurance issues.

4. Pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy has been used to treat almost every conceivable human illness or malady, including many inflammatory diseases.
Every organ in the body produces it own bioelectromagnetic field. PEMFs address impaired chemistry and thus the function of cells – which in turn, improves health. PEMFs deliver beneficial, health-enhancing electromagnetic fields and frequencies to the cells.
As they pass through the body, they stimulate most of the electrical and chemical processes in the tissues. Therapeutic PEMFs are specifically designed to positively support cellular energy, resulting in better cellular health and function.

5. Yes, stem cell therapy can improve your cognitive functions. It can also help you in regaining musculoskeletal functions.

Hope this clarifies your doubts.
