Brief Answer:
It depends on cause of high esr.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Her ESR is high.

First of all we should search the cause of high esr.

Tuberculosis, infection, anemia, autoimmune disease, paraprotienemia, malignancies all can lead to high esr.

So she should rule out all cause according to her symptoms.

Please tell me about her symptoms and send me reports she have already gone through.

Please give me follow up.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Brief Answer:
She may have some infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Her complete blood count report suggest that her hemoglobin is normal so it rule out anemia. Her WBC count is slightly high with bacteria is urine. So she may have some infection. Infection can leads to high ESR.

If she has symptoms of infection then she should take a course of antibiotics.
IF she has no symptoms of infection then please tell me about her symptoms.

Continue her medication of blood pressure, diabetes and thyroid and depression as per advise.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any other question then you can I me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
