Hi! My 48 years old mother is suffering from cough since 3-4 months(sometimes productive other times non-productive) I got her chest x ray done in which there is mild bilateral hilar congestion Is there any need to worry? Or she would recover with antibiotics?

Hi Team - My mother is suffering from ILD (pulmonology), from last 4 years. I wanted an opinion on if a lung transplant is a safe option or not. She is on the following medication - Nintedanib 100 (3 times a day), pulmoclear (once day), Foracorte(nebulization twice a day) on 2.3 Ltr Oxygen 24*7.
