Hi,

I think, left here means, your left side of lungs. Pleuro-diaphragmatic means between pleural lining over lungs & diaphragm. So, possibly, you are having some (minimal) attachments, between pleura and diaphragm also known as fibrosis on XRAY of chest. Usually, it does not denote any active pathology. It is usually a result of some previous infection. If you are not having any symptom, you need not any treatment. However, if you are having symptoms of pain, breathing difficulty, then surgical resection of the adhesions is needed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
