Suggest Treatment For Chronic Cough With Thick Green Sputum And Shortness Of Breath, Wheezing At Night
I have a chronic cough with thick green sputum and shortness of breath, wheezing at night! My doctor has ruled out COPD. Today, they say restrictive lung disease! My mom had sarcoidosis, is it heredity? My physician says no! So he wants me to see a pulmonologist!

If I were your doctor I would order a chest scan for you and some blood tests such as full blood count and CRP calcemi and ace. If two last are positive than probably your chances to have sarcoidosis is high. Please see a pulmonologist.
