Hello Geeta,

Since cardiac complaints have been ruled out by ECG,ECO, TMT etc, I suspect the pain is due to gastritis. Are you suffering from gastritis, bloated up feeling or fullness of abdomen?
Try to get that treated first either with diet or medicines. Avoid food like Daal, Potatoes, too much non veg, spicy and oily food. Take more of fruits and vegetables, drink more water.
You may take Dhanwantaram gulika (pills) 2 pills twice daily after food.
Hope this should take care of your problem.

hello mam,
as you have undergone all basic test, cardiac disease is rule out.
Chest pain may also be caused by problems in your lungs, esophagus, muscles, ribs, or nerves
you might be having
Costochondritis or muscle sprain or fibromyalgia which occurs as sharp pain with some activity
Heartburn or GERDThis painful, burning sensation behind your breastbone occurs when stomach acid washes up from your stomach into the esophagus
or there are lot of causes.
you should undergo proper physician opinion for chest pain
i don't know whether homeopathy works or not.
take light food,
plenty of water, take rabeprazole two times in a day
if not relieved visit physician
take care
i hope i answered your query

hi i had gone through your query and understand your concerns. i would come up with the possibility of gas trouble (or APD ACID PEPSIC DYSPEPSIA ).irregular dietary habbits, modern lifestyles (drinking, smoking, etc),EXCESSIVE USE OF PAIN KILLERS,ANTIBIOTICS,STEROIDS for even minor complaints, CURRY,HURRY,WORRY are the main causative factors.

other similar possibility of your condition may be PEPTIC ULCER;confirm with upper gastro intestional endoscopy.

treatment plan;

Homeopathic medicines gives safe and permanent cure for your complaints along with management.

Usually in such cases I will give treatment for my patients in the following manner...NUX VOMICA 1M tid/after food usually gives best result within two days.

discuss with your doctor about your condition.

wishing you good health.

1. When a patient follows in my Clinic with complaint of chest pain I usually follow the following protocol
i. Is it related to heart (Cardiac cause has been ruled out)
ii. Is it related to breathing like h/o trauma-pleural pain- local rib tenderness- intercostal tenderness (Consult a chest physician for the same)
iii. If pain is related with food could be possible esophagitis or indigestion & Gas
iv. Avoid all oily and fried foods-like pakodas, samosa, namkeens, potato chips, puri- bhaji, potato, sweet potato, chana dal, brinjal, avoid aerated drinks, over eating,do not sleep immediately after food-have a small walk after each meal.
v. take easily digestible food:roti is preferred to chapati, all preparations should be less spicy, vegetables and fruits contain fibres and should be taken in plenty.
