Presently, you are having headache and gastritis. Headache commonly occurs due to dehydration, stressful lifestyle, anxiety, exposure to direct sunlight, strong smell of oil/ pollutants/ fumes, etc. High blood pressure triggers headache, take prescription medicine to keep blood pressure in the normal side. To get rid of high blood pressure headache, drink adequate water, take sips of juice or soup throughout the day. Stay adequately hydrated. Avoid alcohol intake, get adequate sleep, cold compress can ease discomfort.

Take acetaminophen, one stat when needed for relief. Development of gas or acid reflux also triggers headache, take antacids and PPIs, one stat to ease discomfort. Avoid constipation, take fiber rich food for better bowel movement. Constipation causes headache due to the accumulation of toxic products which need to be eliminated. To avoid gastritis take home made fresh nutritious food. take more veggies, fruits, berries. Avoid trans fat, full fat dairy products, spicy/oily food, red meat, cheese, sugar and carbs, etc. Do regular exercises and walking. Stay active.
