Brief Answer:
The result of the test for Dengue fever not uploaded.

Detailed Answer:
Dear xxxx, Hi
Welcome.

I have gone through the uploaded results for various lab tests but unfortunately the result for the serology test for Dengue fever is not uploaded.

The other results are as follows:
Hemoglobin & PCV is low which is suggestive of anemia
platelet count is low and ESR is high suggestive of some sort of viral infection
By doing Widal test the possibility of Typhoid fever is ruled out.
Rest of the other lab tests are within normal range.

Following information is required:

1. Since how long you have been having fever? Do you have any other symptoms like chills or rigors, cough with or without sputum?
2. Kindly upload the result for Dengue fever done if any.

Continue to take the prescribed treatment if the fever subsides.
Take plenty of oral fluids, fruit juices, soft diet.
Avoid hot and spicy foods which may irritate your stomach causing gastritis.

Hope I could answer your query.

Brief Answer:
Features could be due to viral fever

Detailed Answer:
Dear xxxx, Hi
Welcome back.
Thanks for your kind reminder.

If he has no other symptoms like chills with rigors, or cough with or without sputum, it seems to me that the patient is most probably suffering from viral fever.
Let him continue the prescribed treatment along with plenty of oral fluids, fruit juices, soft diet, etc.

If the symptoms recur then a blood culture and sensitivity is recommended.

Hope I could answer your query.

Best regards.

We have admitted the patient in the hospital. Blood platelet has been started inserting into the body. Are there any other precautions we need to take?

Also patient was noticing black stool with little bleeding before getting admitted. Please suggest the best medication.
doctor
Answered by Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali (12 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Let him continue the same treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi
Thanks for your reminder.

Since there is bleeding from his intestines (black stool) so his platelets are low, so let him continue to take the platelet concentrates as long as the hematocrit and the platelet count restores to the normal level.

The doctors in the hospital will take care of him so have full trust on them.
May be he also needs fresh frozen plasma or blood transfusion to correct the associated anemia due to bleeding.

Wishing your patient a quick and smooth recovery.

Best regards.

Brief Answer:
You may communicate through health care magic.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi
Thanks for the latest briefing.

Since he is getting treated in a hospital, please do not worry about the health care.
The doctors are experienced enough to provide the best needed care for him.
Vomiting can be controlled by giving Ondansetron tablet of injection if needed.

Since there is no loose motion containing the dark stool, so the internal bleeding is controlled, nothing to worry. He will improve in due course of time.

You may communicate to me through health care magic solutions.

Best regards.
