Is there anything to worry about with blood results showing high haemoglobin 15.6, mean cell haemoglobin 34.7 and low red blood cell distribution width (11.1%) ?

I did my lever taste functions 15 days ago. SGOT was 56 and SGPT was 62. After that I reduced on my alcohol intake. Yesterdays tests show SGOT at 29 and SGPT at 52. What do I do?

I exercise heavily. At least one hour of rigorous tennis everyday.
