Brief Answer:
NOT HIV POSITIVE

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable to be concerned especially with a history of persisting lymph nodes and other associated symptoms.

With the persisting negative HIV test , however, it is highly unlikely that you have HIV.
The HIV PCR test has a window period of 2 to 3 weeks. The window period of a test is the time between contracting an illness and when a test can accurately say that the infection is present.

This means that by 3 weeks after exposure, if HIV is present, the PCR test would be able to detect the infection.
The fact that your test was negative after this means that you are not HIV test. This is confirmed by the other repeatedly negative HIV tests.
The longest window period for some of the HIV tests is 12 weeks, so you would have passed this time as well.

Based on all of these test results and everything known about HIV- You are NOT hiv positive.

With a history of muscle aches and pains, muscles wasting you might consider asking your doctor for a referral to a rheumatologist.
This is a doctor that specialises in conditions related to the joints and muscles. He or she may be able to determine the source of your symptoms. They are Not due to HIV.

TB is diagnosed based on skin tests, chest xray and culture of sputum. The skin test can sometimes show a reaction if there is a history of receiving the tb vaccine.
To conclusively determine if TB is present, though xray normal, you can consider the sputum test.

Summary: (1) Based on these accurate tests- You DO NOT have HIV

(2)consider sputum culture to definitively check for TB

(3)consider seeing a rheumatologist for assessment for muscle symptoms

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer:
definitely ruled out

Detailed Answer:
HI

Yes, based on these results, HIV definitely ruled out. These results indicate that you do not have HIV and since they were done after the window period , they do not need to be repeated.

The fact that your symptoms started at that time may be coincidental since all of your STD tests, including HIV were negative.

As mentioned , a culture of any cough sputum would help to definitively rule out TB and a visit to a rheumatologist may help with the muscle symptoms and signs.

This could be your next options.

Please feel free to ask anything else

Brief Answer:
thrush has different causes

Detailed Answer:
HI

Thrush is more likely if there is any impairment of the immune system.

It does not only occur in HIV but in other conditions as well.

The other conditions that may be associated with thrush are: (1) poor nutrition or decreased oral intake causing impaired immune response

(2)diabetes

(3)side effect of medication

(4)related to oral hygiene

(5)autoimmune diseases

The lymph nodes would enlarge if any infection , including thrush is present. They respond to help fight it off.
When the infection resolves, the lymph nodes should decrease in size.

The rash may be related to dermatitis (irritation or inflammation of the skin).
You may need to look for any chemicals or products that may be coming into contact with this area
The use of a topical steroid cream and oral antihistamine would help relieve your itching

Shoulder and neck pain may be related to trauma, stress, arthritis. It is not indicative of pending death.

These symptoms do not indicate that you are about to die.

It is possible that since you are very worried about this possibility that the stress of worrying is also having an impact on your nutrition, joint pain and general health.
In addition to any physical treatment, you may want to speak to someone about your fears.
Sometimes speaking to someone helps. This could be a counselor, a psychologist, a pastor etc.

We are all dying but based on the symptoms above (thrush, rash and neck/shoulder pain), you are not in any immediate danger of dying.
