What is Shingles?
Shingles is another name for vericella zoster viral infection(also called "zona") which is latent inside after the initial infection with Chickenpox,in childhood.In elderly/adolescents once the virus is activated either by immunity or any drug it appears clinically as rash,typically along the nerve path beneath the skin with rash.
