Brief Answer:
Details of reports below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I have gone through all the reports of your mother.

1. TSH is slightly elevated. Better you discuss about the dosage of Thyronorm with doctor.
2. Blood sugar levels are within normal limits.
3. Lipid Profile : Triglycerides level is elevated. To lower this she has to maintain her diet. She should eat healthy vegetables and fruits. She should do brisk walk 30 minutes per day. If she is over weight she needs to reduce weight. If already she is maintaining her diet and doing walk then you need to discuss about statins ( cholesterol lowering medication) with her treating doctor.
4.Liver function test ,kidney function test and serum electrolytes are within normal limit.
5. Neutrophil count slightly increased and lymphocytes and platelet count levels are slightly decreased. I would like to know does she has any recent medical illness or infection? If she does not have any symptoms then no need to worry.
6. Hemoglobin : she has low hemoglobin levels which indicates anemia.
She should take iron rich food along with iron supplements. Low RBC and PCV due to anemia.
7. Urine analysis : Normal.

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.

Thanks Doctor.

Could you please suggest the Thyronorm dosage. Right now she is taking 75mg OD.
Also which Iron supplement should she take and what should be the dosage.
Could you please also suggest the iron rich diet to help her.

She feels very tired and lethargic all day. What could be the reason for the same looking into her reports.

Thanks,
XXXX

Brief Answer:
Iron rich food.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXX,

If she is taking Thyronorm 75 mcg for long time then she may needs to change her dosage since her TSH level is stil more than normal. Discuss about this your treating doctor, doctor may increase to 100 mcg.
For low hemoglobin she should take iron supplements like ferina xt or fericip one tab each day immediately after lunch or she can take with food. She can take 8 mg per day(through diet and supplements).Discuss about iron supplements with your doctor. She can take as tablet or syrup.
Iron rich food: Green vegetables like spinach, carrot, beetroot, all fruits especially apple, pomegranate. Milk, egg, liver, fish, dry fruits, nuts, beans.
Repeat hemoglobin test after one month.

You have mentioned she feels tired , it may be due to anemia and menopausal symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query.
