What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

Question: I want to do health checkup for my parents, both are XXXXXXX citizen. As per medical history father having cholesterol, BP, Blood sugar, Thyroid, and smoke history of last 40 years (now hardly smoke). Mother having BP only, she had harpies recently. Presently both are OK.
# Now my question is, can you recommend some blood/urine/stool related tests from the below? Also if you can advice some other tests?
# Pl ignore if there is any unused tests?
1) Haemogram:- Haemoglobin, PCV, RBC, MCHC, MCV, MCH, Total WBC, Differential Count, ESR, Peripheral Smear, Platelet Count.
2) Lipid Profile:- Total Cholesterol, HDL Cholesterol, LDL Cholesterol, Triglycerides, VLDL
3) Liver Function Test:- Total Protein, Albumin, Globulin, SGPT, Alkaline Phosphatase, GGPT, Bilirubin (Total & Direct), SGOT
4) Kidney Function Test:- Urea, Creatinine, Uric Acid
5) Routine Biochemical Parameters:- Blood Sugar (Fasting & PP), HbA1C, hbsag
6) General Test:- Urine for Routine Examination, Stool for Routine Examination, Pap Smear, Anti (HCV) Rapid test
7) S. Electrolytes
8) Serum Homocystine
9) HsCRP, Serum Ferritin
10) Vitamins & Minerals:- S Calcium, Phosphorus, S. Magnesium, Vit. D3 level (25 OH Vit D)
11) Hormones:- Serum Apo Lipoprotein A1, Serum Apo Lipoprotein B, Serum Lipoprotein (a) , Serum Fibrinogen, T3, Free T4, TSH, Cortisol, Fasting Insulin, Eosinophil Count.
12) Mammogram, Papsmear for Women
13) PSA for Men

Regarding your concern, I would explain that all the above mentioned tests are necessary considering your parents age and commorbidities.

I would also recommend performing HbA1C levels for diabetes, instead of fasting insulin.

Mammography and pap smear for your mother should be performed every 2 years.
I would also recommend performing a cardiac ultrasound, a resting ECG, a chest x-ray study and an abdominal ultrasound for both of your parents.
