Brief Answer:
Hodgkin not likely, ultrasound of neck.

Detailed Answer:
I read your query carefully and I understand your concern. From what I read in previous queries you have made this issue is very bothersome to you.

I suppose the reason you fear Hodgkin Lymphoma is reading on the net on symptoms like painful lymph nodes after drinking and night sweats. However you don't mention any enlarged palpable lymph nodes being noted on your neck. By your description of the neck pain it doesn't appear to affect a local lymph node but other neck structures. Also you don't seem to have other symptoms more common for Hodgkin like fever or weight loss. Your symptoms are not typical for any type of other cancer either.

Since the idea seems to be haunting you, you should however seek a medical physical exam to check for lymph nodes in the neck or other regions of the body which you might've missed.
Also some exams are indicated to look for the cause like complete blood count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, other routine tests (blood glucose, kidney and liver function tests, electrolytes etc).

I would also recommend an exam by ultrasound of the neck which apart from checking for cancer which you worry about, would evaluate for presence of infections, cysts, lymph nodes, thyroid gland conditions. Also thyroid function tests are indicated.

If everything comes back normal I would also consider the possibility of the symptoms being at least partly related to anxiety, which apart from being very common in general, is even more common in people who have had alcoholism issues.

The substances you are currently taking are natural supplements so generally are harmless and can be continued safely.

I remain at your disposal for further questions.
