Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

For which virus he got positive results??
Gilbert syndrome is silent unless you got Illness, such as a cold or the flu, fasting or eating a very low-calorie diet, dehydration, menstruation, stress and strenuous exercise, lack of sleep etc you got accidentally diagnosed by it. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Gilbert's syndrome doesn't require treatment. The bilirubin levels in your blood may fluctuate over time, and you may occasionally have jaundice, which usually resolves on its on with no ill effects. Eat healthy diet, manage stress use tablet Udiliv twice a day for one month. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
