Suggest Treatment For Small Oily Boils On Scalp

default
Posted on Mon, 10 Nov 2014
Question: Several months ago, I began to have small oily boils appear on my scalp...they come and go....they tend to erupt into 'bloody scabs' and shed themselves....at the same time, I started having acute pain in my bladder(with nighttime spasms every hour and a half that would prompt small urinary episodes)....at the same time, I had reddened and inflamed feet, toes that would be both numbing and tingling, chronic pain in my calves(tender to the touch, with both the bony tissue and muscles even having sensitivity, coupled with severe knee pain (that feels like walking with nails jamming into your knee caps)....when I sit for awhile, my feet and knees feel like they need a lubricant to free up joints of the ' tin man ' in the Wizard of Oz....

Brief Answer:
You may be having arthritis of the joint

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think you are having multiple systems involvement, so I would like to describe each and every condition individually.
1. Scalp blister and pus discharge can be due to fungal infection, so I would suggest you to show it to skin specialist.
2. Bladder spasm and pain can be due to infection of urinary bladder, you will need to get a urine examination and ultrasound examination. If there is infection or a stone in bladder than this type of pain can be there, I would suggest you to take antibiotics accordingly.
3. Cramps in muscles and knee pain - I think there is reduction in joint space and knee arthritis, for this I would recommend you to get x ray of the knee joint. If there is knee arthritis, than you need to start physiotherapy and calcium supplementation. Avoid sitting cross leg, using stairs . Voletran ointment is also effective .
4. For other joint pain I would recommend you to get few blood investigations like ESR, CRP and Ra factor. These tests will help us to confirm if there is poly arthritis in you. For pain relief, I would recommend you to take ibrufen tablet for pain relief.
I would recommend you to get these investigations and send report to me. I will try my best to help you.
thanks
