Brief Answer:
SURGERY & GASTRITIS

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for reverting back.

1. Less common cause of gastritis is STRESS and one example of stress is surgery which means if you notice aggravation of gastritis or related features it could be due to the surgery undergone (ORIF).

2. Also commonly calcium supplements are advised for bone disorder, and calcium is a promoter of gastric acid which can worsen gastritis, thus if taking one make sure to take the tablet in between meals.

Brief Answer:
SYMPTOMWISE APPROACH

Detailed Answer:
Dear

Thanks for reverting back.

1. In presence of infection/surgery, Insulin requirement will be much higher till it is controlled.

2. As there is delayed heading of wound and feeling of loss of energy, check with blood sugar level as it could be a case of poorly controlled diabetes and the dose needs to be adjusted.

3. You can buy the said medicines from an Ayurveda store near your town/city or can order online or can mail to me for further assistance.

4. If it is Nutritional/Iron deficiency anemia than take prescribed tablets, but if satisfactory response is not seen:

. Look for source of bleeding:- hook worms, piles, malignancies.
. Ask for Hb% (CBC), WBC and Peripheral smear before starting treatment.
