Brief Answer:
clarification & management

Detailed Answer:
Dear

Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and going through your medical history following points are worth noted and mentioned:

1. Since thyroxine and cortisol act in synergism i.e. optimal level of cortisol is required for normal functioning of thyroid, which means

i. If cortisol is low thyroid gland is less efficient in carrying out its function [despite normal values in blood test] causing digestive issues, mainly: bloating, muscle weakness, gas

PS. do let me know what do you mean by thyroid out of balance: hyper or hypothyroidism for dietary Advise and Management? [although hypothyroidism is more likely]

ii. If cortisol levels are high, [too much stress in your history] it causes the tissues not to respond to thyroxine and creates thyroid resistance which causes more of hormone in the blood to produce the effect

PS. one reason of fatigue/easily stressed/exhaustion,difficulty falling asleep [adrenal fatigue], as such do let me know about the cortisol level for dietary recommendation?

2. At your age and with 'STRESS' one has to rule out any autoimmune disease [so consultation with your healthcare provider is necessary] for further examination and investigation.

PS. In Ayurveda we believe that disease mainly arise from "gut",  and healthy  'stomach' [amashaya] of person cures abdominal disorders, but that can only be done once 'hormonal profile' is investigated and nothing is alarming.

3.

i. Do let me know whether pancreatic cysts are pseudocysts [benign] or true cysts [benign/malignant]? and since you are suffering from gall stones this can be one reason of having pancreatic cysts.

ii. liver cysts is common in people having kidney disease with its frequency increasing with age and advanced renal disease. [renal profile is necessary], again a reason for bloating and fullness.

iii. Gall stones due to under active thyroid [hypothyroidism] has shown to improve with Conservative line of treatment, but if due to other causes, medicines are not effective to that much extent. [are they cholesterol or pigment stones, and one reason of bloating, gas formation]

PS. if we look into the Anatomy of Gall bladder, one will come to know, why it is difficult to remove them with Medicines, and Surgery is the best Available Treatment, if still you  want to try Conservative treatment, I can furnish dietary regime and lifestyle modifications.

PS. As mentioned 'Endometriosis': so is hysterectomy done and/or any HRT [hormone replacement therapy]?
