Hello,

Stomach pain and rashes after taking antibiotics can be due to side effect of the medicine. You are advised to take antacids or PPIs to get relief from stomach pain. Antibiotics commonly cause gastritis and hence stomach pain. Rashes also can occur due to side effect of the antibiotics you took, take antihistamine at bedtime to reduce rashes and other allergy like symptoms.

Since you have swollen feet avoid taking salty snacks, restrict your intake of salt. Too much salt causes water retention and hence swelling of the feet. If hypertensive, control your blood pressure by all means. You can take vitamin C supplements, once daily regularly for 15-20 days. You can also include food rich in vitamin C in your regular diet.

You are advised to get clinically examined by a GP, get all required blood tests and imaging tests done to detect any underlying medical condition (like kidney disease, developing CAD, etc.) that may be causing you symptoms. You will be treated accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
