Is HIV Test Done After 45 Days Conclusive?
Question: Sir ,
I had visited 1 spa centre , 1 girl she had put her breast in my mouth and some. Milk has come in my mouth , i have done sex but i used condom i dont know she is hiv possitive but i am suffering body pain last 1 month and mouth ulser last 4 day, i have done test after 45 days this case my hiv 1 and p24 combo ( cmia ) result 0.31 i am worry about its kindly advice to me. My is pregent 7 week i really worry about it.

Firstly you need to relax as your tests results are negative. The cut off CMIA test is 1.0. So any value below1.0 is negative. But the tests are considered conclusive at 12 weeks post exposure. As far as generalized body pain is quite non specific. You must eat protein rich healthy and balanced diet with multivitamins regarding. You also described the problem of ulcer. Mostly these are apthous ulcer which resolve on its own in few days. Maintain oral hygiene, use chlorhexidine mouth wash twice and apply local anaesthetic ointment if required. You can get tests for HSV and VDRL test.

I had uploaded my reports i want to know its can be possible by some milk can be infected to me i dont know she was hiv possiti ve or not , if she was than its can be possible i can infected , i am really worry i dont all test my mouth ulser did not clear in 4 days . i informed to you my cmia 0.31 i really worry .its happend 31 july 2015. I was felt relax after yours answer and i shown my tounge ulser to my doctor as per him yours ulser is now 20 % only 80 % recover but today approx 9 pm i felt my neck hard like sholwing i have cervical problems laat 10 year but today i felt verd hard my neck . night swear i am feeling . i have done tooth paste which i was doing from yesterday after wawh my mouth by Listerine after 20 min i have seen ulser in my lip which not last 5 days and some blood are coming from there and i want to know my cmia 0.31 after 77 ( 31 july 15 )days to this acient. Approx 11 week . i am really worry about its as per unlikely by milk but its very impotant for me its . i dont she is posstive or not but i am suffering body pain last 1 month i was really 2 disturb . kindly help me .

I have seen rashes in my both legs , i disturbed after seeing my mouth ulser couldn't not recover yet , i am feeling pain right neck , i am really distubed after this . i have done test 2 test HSV, VDRL , i couldn't do 2 gonorrhea and chlamydia due to costly both test are rs 19000/ if must require than i will think . kindly clear my tension i have done test again CMIA 0.02 after 80 days . kindly advice to me my wife i have too her ultrasound but she is not doing as per her after clear youra report than i will do. I taken lupiflex 8 , carnisure, new gaba after 10 min i have taken boi d strong . i am thinking daily basis i really worry i am taking alprex daily basis but my body pain can not improve. As per my doctor my ulser is fine , tounge can be pain herep.
