Brief Answer:
Yes can get.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
One can develop rashes during the recovery phase of dengue when there is serisitis or inflammation. But actually comment can be given after examining the rash. A rash that is due to reduced platelet counts in dengue can be differentiated on examination from a drug rash.
Now, again possibility of drug rash also gets high if a person develops rash during the recovery phase.
Drug rash can even occur even after 1 month of taking some susceptible drug!!!
Can you brief me about the rash or if possible send me 2-3 photographs from distant as well as near focus from various sites where the rash is.
Also Mention the platelet counts.
Mention if you know all the medicines that have been given to the patient self as well as in the hospital.
As far as Headache is considered, it is pretty common to have headaches, weakness ,malaise for 2 weeks after recovery from dengue fever.
Stay Healthy.

Hi,
Thanks for the revert.

These are the prescribed medicines- glutanase, ebast -20, ilaprazole(iladac-10), zebiforte, sunDe, citravite, and was also taking Dolo -650. The present platelet count is 3, 81,000.before 15 days the platelet count was 50,000. The rashes are formed near forehead and neck. They are tiny red ones which doesn't itch or bleed.
Also the body temperature remains around 97-99.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
These rashes on description don't seem to be either dengue related or due to drug rash.
They might be due to mosquito bite.
Wait and watch.
If they increase in number or size, consult your doctor.
Also since every thing is Normal now don't give any medications.
No treatment for dengue or rash is required at this stage.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
What I can appreciate in picture is small red dots associated with Erythema. I mean the margins and surrounding area is reddish. Is that so?
Has the rash increased in size or got itchy?
Press the small dots and see If they disappear on pressing and come back on releasing.
Revert with these details and attach a photograph from little distant position.
Stay Healthy.
