General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.

Mild indigestion, nausea, feeling sick followed by feeling dizziness, ringing in ears and pain can be due to one one of the following reasons:
Intestinal infection causing third space loss of fluids in intestines causing dehydration and electrolyte imbalance causing the later symptoms.
Hence I would advise you teh following in such a situation:
Rush to your Doctor or ER so that a proper clinical evaluation can be done to get an appropriate diagnosis and get treated accordingly.
Get the tests of stool and blood particularly electrolytes.
Get the imbalance corrected.
If there is any evidence of any infection you may need an appropriate antibiotic and probiotics.
Also needed is symptomatic and supportive management as needed with time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant,
General Surgeon
