Drugs that cause ototoxicity (hearing loss) are aminoglycosides, vancomycin, cisplatin, loop diuretics, Quinine, salicylates. 

Drugs that cause hyperpigmentation especially on long-term muse are anticancer drugs (busulfan, cyclophosphamide, 5-fluorouracil), minocycline, chlorpromazine, amiodarone, clofazimine.
