Hello there,
I will help you understand your report better. However it would have helped to know if your age and gender.
Your fasting blood sugar is slightly high. I would have preferred it to be under 120. However if you have frequent low sugars in the night then this reading is ok. After meals blood sugar is well controlled. HbA1c being 7.9 again may be because your fasting sugars are high. I would have preferred it to be less than 7. (Now these targets are dependent on age and other diseases that you may or may not have and how frequently you get low sugars).
Your cholesterol is ok. HDL, the good cholesterol should be more than 40 and that can happen only with exercise. So if your heart status allows then you need to start or upgrade your exercise. LDL, bad cholesterol, is well controlled. Blood and urine seems to be normal. I suppose you did not have any pus cells in the urine. Few epithelial cells are normal.
So discuss this report with your diabetologist who can uptitrate your doses if possible as determined by age and low sugar frequency.
Overall its an ok report. Nothing very alarming. Try to get HbA1c to less than 7 with diet, exercise and medicines.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
