What Does My Following Medical Report Indicate?

hii sir my cbp report is normocytic normochromic to microcytic hypochromic, mild anisocytosis. anythting serious

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Normally there is normochromic normocytic rbc morphology. It indicates size and colour of rbc. Microcytic rbc means smaller rbc. Hypochromic rbc means pallor rbc. You have hypochromic macrocytic rbcs. Most common cause is iron deficiency. Its very common. No need to worry. Nothing serious. You should go for s. Iron and s. Ferritine level. If needed take iron supplements. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
