Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

I read your question carefully and would explain that a low cholesterol level does not impose any higher cardiovascular risk.

I would like to know the values of his LDL and HDL.

From different studies chronic too low LDL levels have been associated to higher risk of hemorrhagic stroke, cancer, depression and anxiety.

But these disorders are related to low values of LDL for years.

While low levels of HDL have been associated to a higher risk of cardio vascular disorders, including ischemic stroke and acute coronary syndrome.

Hope to have been helpful!

Best wishes!

Dr. Iliri
