OBGYN 's  Response
Hi I am Dr Baburaj,
Your wife's FSH and LH levels appear to be quite high. So is prolactin levels. In these situations we need to suspect the low functional status of ovaries. I suggest you repeat these tests, fsh and lh on day 3 of periods and prolactin an early morning sample. If those values persist to be high, for your fertility part, an IVF center can offer you better service.

OBGYN Dr. Aarti Abraham's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query.
Your wife seems to have accelerated ovarian ageing.
in some women, the ovaries start ageing early, leading to diminished ability to make good ovarian follicles.
You need to consult an Infertility specialist.
You need to have complete assessment of ovarian reserve, particularly AMH.
Your semen analysis and patency of her fallopian tubes should be checked.
Lastly, you may need help of ART ( assisted reproductive techniques )
take care.
