sheath underwear is a great product for men but does not pertain to your particular issue. It sounds like you might be pregnant. I would try to live as healthy a life style as you possible can going forward. Drink plenty of water and breathe plenty of clean fresh air. Exercise and stretch while breathing. Perhaps yoga would also be good for you. Additionally. Proper posture can also be the cause of your discomfort. I learned recently from a physical therapist PHD, that you are actually supposed to stand with your pelvis thrust forward, and not with your butt sticking out. I always used to stick my butt out because I thought it was more comfortable for some reason, but when I thrust my pelvis forward a bit, and then relax it, I find that my back is straighter thus causing less lower back pain.
