Suggest Treatment For Bloating And Stomach Cramps With Constipation
I ve been suffering for three years with constipation bloating and cramps I was diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction and did eight months of biofeedback therapy at this point I am able to expel a 50 mL balloon and my stance more per test came back okay so my doctor said there s no need for an ileostomy but I am still suffering every day . Sometimes I can pass stool normally without laxative but I can hardly have a pass gas on my own but I m getting an opposition I don t understand want to Gaston come out I have no appetite and I could barely sleep at night somebody please help

The most probable condition is chronic protozoa infection and it needs to be ruled out, on tentative basis condition can be given try with Tab Metronidazole twice in day for seven days
Although, stool culture sensitivity is advisable, in second thought it can be IBS ( Irritable bowel syndrome ), it is a functional disorder.
Certain psychological factors are there and that is playing the role, so try to come out of the stress, change the diet, avoid taking fat containing diet, junk food; have more fiber containing diet, increase water intake.
