Hi, i have for the past few weeks felt pain in my heart, not down my arm or in my chest as heart attack symptoms but pain in jy actual heart, iv just been to gym and i could feel the pain quite strong but it didnt knock me off my feet or anything but i am very concerned about it
hi...you have not mentioned your age and sex....if u r in 20's then no need to worry. if u r above 30 then going with description of pain it appears that its not related to heart attack, but chest pain of heart attack may not always referred down the arm...If its associated with sweating, shortness of breath, upper body discomfort then u shld b worried. it may be a simple musculo skeletal pain which can b treated with simple analgesics and rest. If u have some risk factors like high BP, Diabetes then better get yourself evaluated for heart problems..All d best
