Hello dear..
First of all remove all myths & misconceptions from your mind about masturbation.
In fact, Masturbation is completely normal & doesn't have any bad effect to the body and mind.

So...don't worry about all this & stay relaxed.
Have a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts & honey.
Avoid stress...practice meditation..this helps in improving concentration & builds up the confidence level.
Avoid smoking & alcohol.
You can also do oil massage of the penis...it increases blood flow & maintains the erection.
One more thing...avoid consuming any over the counter medication which claim to increase the size of penis or improve performance...it may be harmful.
Best thing is to eat a healthy diet, exercise regularly, avoid stress, get good sleep, think positive and stay happy.

Wishing you a Good Health. Let me know if I need to clarify further.
Thanks & take care.

General & Family Physician Dr. Achuo Ascensius's  Response
Hello, thanks for using health care magic.
Medical literature does not point out any specific complications of masturbation per se and infertility has not been associated to masturbation.
However, during masturbation it is possible to sustained traumatic lesions of the urethra or develop urethritis.
It is also thought that masturbation may lead to severe addiction. This can lead to frequent stay in bed rooms, frequent touching of genitals consciously or unconsciously and even in public and reduce sexual response to opposite sex which may rather bring in psychological problems in your married life manifesting as poor satisfaction of your partner.
A good way of cutting this would be by getting a partner or getting yourself busy and avoiding pornographic and or romantic films.

Best regards and hope this helps you.
