That is not pain , dunno know how to describe it , around belly button , atmost i can say it feel like irritation in belly button ( like somehting has been there in the skin area around belly button ) and only when i am in sitting posture and that only not always . It started 7 months ago , not severe but it irritated mostly as i wear my jeans and belts around that region 1. Again , 6 months it started with gas and bloating , the gas and bloating went in 2 days , but the feeling that described above is mostly felt then . When i do yoga that involves stomach , the feeling becomes somewhat more seldom compare to when i don t. Again , when i wore some elastic tight trouser the irritation feeling rarely comes. hi , i have already taken 5 day course of O2(after eating) and Rantac-D(before eating) for parasites i think . Homeopath Dr. Rangadhar Satapathy's  Response
It is due to flatulency or gas formation.
1) avoid all sorts of junk foods, fast foods, aerated drinks, oily fried foods. Take mostly vegeterian diet and add more natural fruits and green salads in your breakfast. you can add fresh curd at your lunch and dinner. Add more fibers rich foods to your diet
2) Take your foods in time. Break fast should always be healthy and good one. Dinner should be light
3) Daily morning walk or some physical activities. You can practice yoga daily for 20 to 30 minutes at morning. It is highly required to spare some times for your body from your busy work schedule.
4) if you are working in IT Sector or mostly sitting job then try to move a around of 5 minutes on every 1 hour constant sitting.
5) Drink minimum 2 to 3 liters of water regularly.
6) Avoid smoking, taking coffee in empty stomach
7) take one homeopathic medicine - Nux vom - 200 - 2 times in a day daily after lunch and dinner for 15 days
Hope this will help you a lot
Thank you

Ayurveda Specialist Dr. Rajesh Lakhanpaul's  Response
Apparently it appears simply the efect of hyperacidity or gas formation. Look for any skin deep effect of scratching due to slight irritation etc. Antacid and anti flatulant herbs will cure it. you can try in herbal medicines after consulting ayurvedic physcian of your area. Generally kam dugdha ras and chitrak adi vati are sufficient.
