Please also let me know who consumed these tablets ma'am. I would strongly recommend they try to throw up by stimulating their gag reflux. You can do so by sticking your fingers down your throat or drinking plenty of extremely salty water. The effects of larger dosages of paracetamol and saradon can severely damage your liver and kidneys, not causing immediate death but can prove to be fatal with passing time. Please either avoid consumption of these tablets or try throwing them up immediately ma'am.

These tablets will not prove to be fatal, but will severely damage vital organs resulting in a very poor quality of life.

I am glad your blood reports have returned normal results, I am really happy about this. But if you can, just ask the doctor or nurse if your liver and renal functions are normal? If they ask you why, you can just tell them that you want to know because your last liver and renal functions were slightly abnormal so you want to know if they are normal now.

In the meantime, as it has been 2 days since you consumed the tablets there is nothing much we can do about it now, but I wohld recommend you consume as much water and fluids as possible to help with excretion of the medications out of your body.

Now comes the most important thing XXXX, please listen to me carefully. It takes at least a week or so for the symptoms to appear and for the liver tests to show abnormal results. I strongly recommend you talk to your doctor and at the least inform him/her and tell them in confidentiality, and request them not to tell anybody else. But you need to be administered the antidote 'acetylcysteine' at the earliest to neutralize the effect of the medications in order to avoid liver damage.

Please understand that the attempt you made will not prove to be fatal, but it will cause liver damage which will severely drop your quality of life. If this happens (god forbid) you may have to visit the hospital on and off, be hospitalized often and will really be in a lot of pain almost all the time.

We need to avoid this, so please accept my request and inform at least your doctor on confidentiality so they can take the required measures. Please XXXX, this is ny sincere request.

I am afraid your body is beginning to react to the overdose of paracetamol. Please report to any emergency room (ER) or hospital and inform them about your situation.

Unfortunately, as it has been more than 2 days since the consumption of those medications you will need intra-venous administration of acetylcysteine which can only be done in a hospital and under a doctors supervision.
