Brief Answer:
Yes, Lipid profile values can change even in 1 month time.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Lipid profile values can change even in 1 month time also. It can be due to change in diet or changes in physical activities stress etc. Your triglycerides is still normal. But LDL is slightly raised. Better to keep LDL below 130.
By small changes in diet and by regular exercise you can achieve it. Use high PUFA content oil like olive oil or sunflower oil for cooking. Take oily fishes like mackeral, sardines etc. Take lean meat , lean chicken like chicken breast instead of fatty ones. Avoid food contain margarine or vanaspathi which is main content of sweets , cakes etc. Limit intake of high sugar content foods also. Make your dinner light and early. Have regular exercise like jogging or walking with 8 km per hour speed. Daily 1 hour exercise is better. With all these measures you can decrease your LDL within 1 month time.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Gastritis or costochondrits can be the most likely reason.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again

Thank you for your follow up query.

Ischaemic cardiac pain usually comes on exertion and can stay for 5 minutes to 15 minutes. If you getting pain like that then you can have a Stress ECG (TMT) to rule out that.
Your problem can be most likely gastritis or costochondritis. Treat gastritis with proton pump inhibitors like Esomeprazole (Nexium) and diet. Take light meals at short intervals. Avoid greasy , fatty , fried foods and junks.
If you have pain on palpation on chest area it can be most likely costochondritis and in such case applying NSAID gels like ketoprofen or diclofenac will be helpful.
Borderline high LDL if stand for long term then there is risk for heart problems. But if any such problems a TMT test can identify it. So you can go for it after consulting a cardiologist.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
As your ECG and previous stress test are fine there is nothing to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up.

As your previous stress test and present ECGs are fine there is nothing to worry. Borderline high LDSL for short term is not a risk. So stop worrying. Eat healthy , exercise and avoid stress. You can do stress relaxing exercises like breathing exercise. Sit relaxed and take deep breaths. Do a couple of times daily.
Presently you don't need to worry.

Let me know if you have any follow up or further queries.
I am happy to help you any time.
Thanks.

ECG looks normal.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up query.

I have gone through your ECG. It looks normal. You don't need to worry. The pain is most likely costochondritis. You can apply NSAID gels like Ketoprofen or Diclofenac locally on the area for this.

Answered by Dr. Nishad BN (26 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Mild LVH from voltage of limb leads in ECG.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again

Thank you for you follow up.

There is mild LVH (left ventricular hypertrophy) from voltage of limb leads in ECG. Voltage alone is not a criteria to diagnose LVH. There are no other signs in your ECG for that. So I don't think there is any risk.
If you have clinically long standing hypertension or diabetes then there is risk. Get a consultation with cardiologist and have an Echocardiography to know the exact condition. There is no hurry for that. You can do it when you have time. There is no alarming situation or risks from your ECG.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.

Answered by Dr. Nishad BN (9 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
If within 120/80 then there is no risk.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up query.

If your Blood pressure controlled and is in 120/80 or below then there is no risk for heart problems. You can restrict your salt intake if it above this level. In case of persisting high BP continuous anti hypertensive drug is also advised. Keep your lipids also well controlled.
As I mentioned you before better to have an Echocardiography to know the exact status of your heart. But there is no hurry now. You can do it when you have time. You can relax now.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
