Brief Answer:
exercise, weight lose and fish intake will help

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma'am,

Your VLDL and LDL are acceptable. The HDL is low. But it not an alarming situation. The HDL increases by exercise and fish intake beside some medicines. I do not recommend any medication for my patients with this kind of lipid profile. You must take an exercise prescription from your physician and start exercising. If you are a non-vegetarian, increase your fish intake.

Try to lose weight by modifying diet and exercise. You can meet a good dietitian for a complete diet chart preparation.

Repeat lipid profile after 6 months.
Do not feel stressed. Feel free to discuss further.

Sincerely
Dr Sukhvinder
